There is an ice skating rink near the gondola station.  Golf, horse riding facilities exist in and around Bansko.  There is go-cart riding in Blagoevgrad.
There are Spa facilities at the nearby St Ivan Rilski Aparthotel complex.  Swimming, sauna, steam room etc.  Currently a charge of 20Lev per person per day.  Massage and various spa/beauty therapy/treatments are also available by appointment for a further charge.
As an alternative to the fast pace of skiing or snowboarding try a snowshoeing trek in the Pirin, Vitosha or Rila mountains.  Exploring the beauty of nature amidst the magic of winter. Experiencing the serenity of the spectacular winter backcountry in three of the most appreciated mountains ranges in Bulgaria. Tours can be arranged that introduce you to snowshoeing – enjoyable activity that anyone who can walk will quickly master.  A variety of ‘mixed’ packages involving skiing and snowshoeing and pricing for 1 – 6 persons are available.
